I'm photographing 40 incredible women over the age of 40 for a portrait and storytelling project celebrating the beauty, strength, wisdom, vulnerability and individuality that come with living a life.
But this isn't simply a photography session.
It's an experience designed to give you permission to step away from all the roles you carry for everyone else and spend a day being completely, unapologetically YOU.
Together we'll create portraits that don't just show what you look like.
They'll show who you've become.

You don't need to know how to pose—that's my job.
I'll guide you through everything from your expression to your fingertips while creating several different looks that can range from sophisticated and powerful to glamorous, feminine, sensual or completely unexpected.

I've spent years photographing women who walk into my studio telling me everything they don't like about themselves.
Their weight.

Their age.

For just a moment, all that criticism disappears.
They see what I've been seeing through my camera all along.
Her.
The strong woman. The beautiful woman. The woman who has lived, loved, lost, grown, screwed up, started again and somehow kept going.
I created the 40 Over 40 Legacy Project because I believe women deserve to exist in photographs now—not twenty pounds from now, ten years ago, or when they finally feel "good enough."
